Our available time slots are updated on a weekly basis. If you’re planning to sign up at a later stage (for example, a month from now), we recommend checking in with us about 1–2 weeks before your intended start date. Our lesson hours are as follows:
Weekdays (Off-Peak): 11:30am – 5:30pm
Weekdays (Peak): 5:30pm – 9:15pm
Weekends (Peak): 10:15am – 5:00pm
Lessons are scheduled on a weekly recurring basis. For example, if you select Wednesday at 7:00pm, your lesson will take place every Wednesday at that time. If you’re unable to attend a session, you may postpone it with at least 3 days’ notice. A makeup lesson will then be credited to you, valid for up to one year from the issue date.
Off-Peak Benefits:
Booking during off-peak hours gives you greater flexibility when it comes to scheduling and making changes to your lessons.
Notice Periods
Off-Peak:
Lesson postponement: At least 1 day (24hrs) notice
Permanent termination/suspension: 1 month’s notice
Peak Hours:
Lesson postponement: At least 3 days’ notice
Permanent termination/suspension: 1 month’s notice
To terminate or suspend your lessons, a 1-month advance notice is required. Upon notice, your refundable 1-month school deposit will be fully returned to you via PayNow.
